The U.S. Ambassador to Pristina Jeffrey Hovenier believes that behind the terrorist attack on the Banjska Monastery, where one member of the Kosovo Police was killed, one or several structures remain.
"We are still working to find out who exactly was responsible. But we now know more about it and we are concerned about what happened," Hovenier added.
Asked by the BBC if Serbia was behind the attack, the US diplomat said the quantity and quality of weapons found in Banjska, Zvecan indicate that "ethnic Serb attackers did not secure them themselves".
"Now, we also know that an individual who was vice chairman of one of the Serb parties in Kosovo, who is known to have attended events with senior Serbian officials, announced through his lawyer that he was the organizer of this event and that he was present," Hovenier said, referring to Milan Radojicic.
