Balluku will appoint his confidant as head of the KPP, both are under investigation!

Belinda Balluku has 11 criminal investigations open at SPAK, but she does not stop and works every day to occupy as many positions, competence and power as possible.

Included in at least 2 of these corruption files under investigation is a woman named Irma Droboniku , whom Balluku is insisting on appointing as head of the Public Procurement Commission-KPP.

Ms. Droboniku's name has recently been submitted to the Prime Minister as a candidate for chair of the KPP.

Ms. Droboniku is known as a close social connection of Viola Haxhiademi, recently appointed head of KESH.

When Viola Haxhiademi headed the secretariat of Balluk's ministry, she appointed Irma Drobonik as the right-hand man of former head of the KPP Jonaid Myzyri.

Drobonik was the eyes and ears of Viola Haxhiademi and Belinda Balluku at the KPP, he was the man who reported to Balluku every behavior and every action of Myzyri and conveyed the relevant messages.

Drobonik was next to Jonaid Myzyri when the latter was reporting to the Albanian Parliament, as this photo illustrates:

Drobonik is currently under investigation by SPAK and prosecutor Prençi, as her communications and acts have left traces of implication in at least two of the corruption files that Prençi is investigating.

As her job card shows, Ms. Droboniku began her career as a midwife in the Fier maternity hospital, while her pole star rose after 2013 when Rilindja came to power and her close friend Viola Haxhiademi began appointing her to key positions, introducing her to Balluk as a trusted person.
