The conviction that the two SPAK prosecutors, Ened Nakuçi and Klodian Braho, did not delve into the investigation of the Elbasan incinerator file, but were content with the 'evidence' that the Socialist Movement for Integration submitted to them is reinforced by the confession of one of the protagonists in the case judicial.

The defense lawyer of the former financier, who is kept under house arrest, Saimir Vishaj, says that his client was not questioned as a witness, but directly as a defendant, reinforcing the suspicions that the two prosecutors in question issued the arrest warrants and the list of defendant as submitted by LSI.

Of LSI, the file is strongly suspected to have been handed over by Arben Ahmetaj. The latter left his name out of this denunciation, LSI returned the honor, not only by not mentioning him in public appearances, but also by protecting him from the investigation.

In the meantime, the two prosecutors, Ened Nakuçi and Klodian Braho, should have intervened. How? First, delving into the investigations, interrogating not only the persons submitted to the LSI file, but also others, because it is illogical that Arben Ahmetaj is interrogated by the parliamentary investigative commission set up by the Assembly and not by the prosecutors.

It is a shame and failure of the prosecutors, who could not find what was revealed by a report by Adriatik Doçi. It was enough for the prosecutors to compare the invoices denounced by Doçi, which they had there, with the statements of Arben Ahmetaj before the Investigative Commission, when he swore that he did not know Klodian Zoto.

However, throughout the entire investigation, the active role of prosecutors has been absent and the National Bureau of Investigation, which is conceived as the right wing of the Special Prosecutor's Office in voluminous investigations, was almost never involved. Simply put, in this file, the two prosecutors acted more like LSI's realtors, conveying to the court the names and accusations raised by it.
