Two lawyers from the National Bar Association risk losing their licenses after breaking the boycott. 

It is learned that Lefter Xhengo, Leli Kaja 's main lawyer  , and Jurgen Gjoci , Greta Gjoci 's lawyer, were summoned at 12:00 to an urgent meeting of the Disciplinary Committee. 

Lefter Xheng broke the boycott today, participating in the hearing on the security measure against the administrator of the Elbasan Incinerator, Leli Kaja .

If today's hearing were not held, Leli Kaja would be released after the investigation deadline would end. 

On the other hand, Jurgen Gjoci participated in the October 8th hearing for Greta Gjoci, the woman who was sent with her baby to Pojska prison.

The lawyer attended the hearing so that the woman could be released and not go to prison with the minor child. He argued that breaking the boycott was for humanitarian reasons.  

The National Chamber of Advocates announced a boycott of all sessions of the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime , in protest against the regulation of the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime, which lawyers claim violates the exercise of their profession. 

Meanwhile, on September 8, the head of the Chamber of Advocates, Maks Haxhia, declared that all lawyers who oppose the boycott will be prosecuted by the Disciplinary Committee, risking even having their licenses revoked.
