A dossier received from Italy on the activity of call centers has set in motion the Special Prosecution Office, where former socialist MP Artan Gaçi and businessman Idlir Lopçi are under investigation .
The focus of the investigations are two companies, RAKEHA and SUPREME, whose documents evidence business connections between the individuals involved and activity in the field of telephone marketing.
On October 8, 2026, Artan Gaçi , husband of former Foreign Minister Olta Xhaçka, appeared at SPAK accompanied by lawyer Gurali Braimllari.
The latter confirmed that his client is under investigation, noting that Gaçi has provided explanations and requested to be familiar with the files.

According to registration documents, Gaçi has been a partner of the RAKEHA company since its founding, on September 21, 2006, initially with 30% of the shares.
The remaining share was owned by Idlir Lopçi and Gent Agolli . In January 2007, the shares were equalized to 33.3% for each partner.
The documentation also includes an agreement dated July 14, 2022, through which Gaçi appointed Festim Çela as the trustee and active owner of his shares, while himself as the passive owner.
Another company in focus is SUPREME , founded in January 2017, with the purpose of advertising, telemarketing and call center services. In July 2018, the initial partners Arjodita and Arsid Rraboshta sold their shares to Idlir Lopçi for a total amount of 25,500 euros, making him the sole owner and administrator of the company.
The company's financial data has also attracted attention, as SUPREME declared a turnover of around 3.5 million lek in 2017, while in 2018 it reached around 135.6 million lek./ File
