The instructions with the new competition procedures for employment near hospitals or public health centers of nurses and doctors come into force.

The instruction "On the procedures of employment, appointment, suspension, release and discipline for professions of technical medical sciences in public health institutions in the Republic of Albania, through the electronic platform" determines that the competition process for professionals of technical medical sciences is developed for:

a) all candidates who meet the criteria defined in the legal framework in force for practicing the profession;

b) candidates who participated in the written test "Nurses for Albania" of the previous call and who wish to improve their result.

Registration of candidates is done only through the "Nurses for Albania" portal. Those interested will have at least two calendar weeks from the date of the announcement to complete the application. for competition.

In the first phase, interested candidates register on the "Nurses for Albania" portal and upload/update the required documents on the "Nurses for Albania" portal, including the curriculum vitae, university diploma, and professional practice permit within the validity period.

As for candidates who have studied abroad, the mandatory criterion for their qualification is that the diploma is recognized by the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth.

The documentation must be sent within the deadline set in calendar days from the first day of the announcement on the "Nurses for Albania" portal, as specified in the announcement.

The instruction determines that the competing candidates will be evaluated with points for the submitted file, including trainings with 30 points. Within the total number of 30 points, the bonus for students of excellence is added up to 5 points ("Students of excellence", in the sense of this instruction, are students who have completed university studies at the "Bachelor" level with an average of 9.00 - 10 or equivalent, not earlier than 3 years before the calendar year for which the procedure is being developed); c) written assessment, up to 70 points.

Another instruction of the Ministry of Health "On the procedures for the employment, appointment, suspension, release and discipline of doctors in public health institutions in the Republic of Albania, through the electronic platform" regulates the procedures for the employment, appointment, suspension, release and discipline of doctors in the institutions of providing public health care services, through the "Doctor for Albania" portal.

In the sense of this instruction, the term "physician" shall include all health professionals who are licensed to practice the profession by the Order of Physicians or the Order of Dentists and who practice their profession.

Interested candidates register on the "Doctor for Albania" portal and upload/update the required documents on the portal.

The application file contains: the candidate's curriculum vitae (CV), diploma, professional practice permit, etc. For candidates with a medical profession, their files will be evaluated with 45 points.
