Tirana turned into an innovation hub for a day thanks to AllWeb 2025, one of the most important events in the region that brings together innovators, creators, marketing professionals, entrepreneurs and technology experts. In an energetic atmosphere, participants shared ideas, experiences and visions for the digital future we are building today.
The Mane Foundation was one of the main supporters of the conference, confirming its role as a promoter of innovation, education and sustainable development in Albania.
"The Mane Foundation comes to AllWeb as a supporter of new ideas, in all forms and from all groups that present them. During the year, together with our founder Samir Mane, we have developed programs where young people have provided solutions on topics such as innovation and entrepreneurship, creation and sustainability, or financial education. This regional conference is a good opportunity to exchange ideas and find new valuable projects," said Erion Ndrecka, Director of the Mane Foundation.

International speakers from the fields of technology, communications, and startups took to the stage at AllWeb 2025, sharing strategies, successful practices, and perspectives on global digital transformation.
"AllWeb is an event that lasts only one day, but it is very important as it brings together speakers from all over the world. To have these presences, we must be promoters of innovation in our country and find the support of partners like the Mane Foundation, who share the same value and vision for innovation. The BALFIN Group and the Mane Foundation are promoters and supporters of innovation, and AllWeb is just one of the examples of these innovative initiatives, " said Gert Boshnjaku, Founder of AllWeb.
During 2025, the Mane Foundation has strengthened the culture of innovation through initiatives such as the Tirana Bank Codex Hackathon, which brought together fintech experts, talented young people and students from the Faculty of Information Technology at TBU, a faculty known for its modern and innovative approach to technology. Likewise, activities such as the GEN-E Albania festival and the Creative Recycle competition show how creativity, sustainability and entrepreneurship are increasingly gaining importance. These initiatives reflect the core value of innovation at the BALFIN Group, present in many of its educational, technological and creative initiatives.
