Today marks the first day of lawyers' boycott of hearings over security measures at the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime.

Previously, the boycott was held for foundation trials, while from today it also extends to hearings on security measures.

Lawyers oppose the GJKKO regulation, arguing that it infringes on their work and discriminates against them while performing their duties.

 For this reason, lawyers are calling for the regulation to be revised or repealed, while the boycott now also includes hearings on security measures.
