The truth is that the vetting was deep surgery and removed quite a bit of tumor from the system.

It is also true that along with the tumor, this operation also removed healthy tissue of the vital organs of the system. They left without any convincing motive, constitutional or not, courts and prosecutors who were not the tumor of the system.

This has greatly damaged the vetting system and the credibility of the reform.

What's worse, the vetting surgery still left metastatic cells from the old tumor in the system. These cells are insatiable until they become saturated and become a tumor as big as the one we removed. (It's fair but it's a bit expensive – someone said).
