76-year-old Muhamet Rreshka was remanded in prison by the Durrës court, after allegedly killing his 74-year-old brother, Eqerem Rreshka, in the village of Agonas, Kavaja.

During the hearing, the 76-year-old appeared extremely remorseful, with no family members present and the hearing taking place without the presence of the media.

When asked what he wants from the court, he said, "I have nothing left now. Just shoot me."

According to the attorney appointed by the court, the 76-year-old has stated that if he could go back in time, he would give everything to his brother, land and house, and that he did not want to reach this point.

He admitted, as he did to the police, that he had not spoken to his brother in years and that when he spoke to him, on the night of the crime, about why he was driving his tractor through his street, he, the victim, wanted to push him and stabbed him with a knife.
