Gëzim Allçi, who was wanted for the murder of Flori Paluçi and Aran Kurti in Manzë last year, has surrendered to the police.

Police announcement:

Specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes against the Person at the Durrës Local Police Directorate executed the decision of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Durrës, dated 13.11.2025, which has imposed in absentia the security measure "Arrest in prison" against citizen GA, 31 years old, resident of Manëz, Durrës, for the criminal offenses "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime".

Citizen GA was wanted, suspected of being involved in the incident that occurred in October 2025, in Manëz, Durrës, where two citizens were shot dead.

This citizen surrendered to the Durrës Police Station.

This citizen also handed over an item that appeared to be a pistol (a sporting weapon with bullets), stating that he had it with him on the day of the incident.

The additional materials were passed on to the Durrës General Jurisdiction Prosecutor's Office for further action.
