The search continues in Lake Ulza to find the body of the 37-year-old from Laçi, over 120 forces and rescuers are engaged

This Wednesday, the search and rescue operation continued to find the body of Armando Zajsi from Laçi, who lost his life two days ago while traveling on a watercraft in Lake Ulza.

Numerous forces from various state and local structures have been engaged in the operation, including the Armed Forces, the Navy, RENEA, the State Police, Fire Protection and Rescue, Civil Protection, as well as dozens of volunteers from the area and beyond.

The teams of divers have been continuously diving into the depths of the lake, while in parallel intensive searches have been conducted on the surface of the water with floating vehicles and drones. Over 120 officers and volunteers have been engaged in the field, supported by several floating vehicles, an ambulance and specialized search equipment.

Despite intensive efforts throughout the day, the 37-year-old's body has not yet been found. The operation is expected to continue in the coming hours and days, while the structures involved remain on full alert.
