The police of Shkodra have solved two serious incidents and identified their perpetrator, a 35-year-old man. As the author Benard Pllumbaj is wanted , the police have arrested his sister as an accomplice.

The serious event took place on November 10, in the residence of the citizen,  Ardian Fierza , where a quantity of explosives was placed.

Police notification:

As a result of the investigative actions carried out in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, the authorship of 2 cases of placing explosives, in the funeral agency business and in the residence of the AF citizen, is documented with legal evidence.

Seized was 1 firearm, pistol with combat ammunition, 1 police radio, laptop, 1 DVR, 11 cell phones and 0.5 kg of cannabis narcotic.

As a result of intensive investigative work, carried out with special methods, by the Crime Investigation Specialists of the Shkodër Police Station, in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, it became possible to document with legal evidence two cases of placing explosives in the business and in the residence of the AF citizen

Based on the evidence provided during the proactive investigation, it turned out that the suspected author for the second case of setting the explosive is citizen Benard Pllumbaj, 35 years old.

Following the investigations, it turned out that this citizen cooperated with his sister, citizen LP, to receive a sum of money from citizen AF, with whom he had a property conflict for the funeral agency.

Following the procedural actions, the citizen LP(R), 38 years old, resident in Shkodër, was arrested. During the control in the entity that administered (hair salon), the Police services found and seized 0.5 kg of cannabis narcotic substance.

Also, during the search in the residence of the citizen BP, with a previous precedent for possession of weapons without a permit, the Police services found hidden and seized: 1 firearm, pistol, ammunition, 1 hand-held police radio, 1 laptop, 1 DVR and 11 cell phones . The work for the capture of the 35-year-old continues.

The additional procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution, for further actions, for the citizen BP, for the criminal offenses "Destruction of property with explosives", "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", "Extortion by means of threats or violence for giving wealth", carried out in cooperation, "Production and sale of narcotics", carried out in cooperation, and "Unjust interference in private life", as well as for the citizen LP(R), for the criminal offenses "Extortion through threats or violence to give property", committed in collaboration, "Production and sale of narcotics", committed in collaboration, and "Unjust interference in life private".
