Journalist Eraldo Harlicaj has revealed the origins of the serious incident involving the aunt and uncle of the 12-year-old victim.

Harlicaj says that the entire incident was discovered after the minor willingly shared intimate photos and videos with her friends, which were then widely distributed. In these circumstances, the minor felt bullied and met with her psychologist, teacher and school principal, to whom she narrated the situation.

At that moment, a meeting was held between the teacher, the psychologist and the school principal to understand the story more," Harlicaj told "Shqipëria Live".

Further, continuing with her story about the incident, the 12-year-old's cousin has come to the fore, who was arrested for having sexual relations with his cousin.

The journalist emphasized that, contrary to initial suspicions that the aunt and cousin had a threesome with the minor, there was no threesome abuse. As he admitted in his testimony, it was the aunt's son who had sex with the minor, his uncle's daughter. While the role of her aunt in this matter remains unclear.

"The truth is that the girl actually had a relationship with her cousin independently and with her aunt independently. The materials in the video were completely clear and the testimony of the people involved. For example, the cousin admitted that he had sexual relations with the minor, while he defended himself with the idea that the event occurred with the consent of both parties.

The pair has been put in handcuffs and so far no security measure has been given for them. Referring to the case, I think they could risk 15 to 20 years in prison for each of them, " Harlicaj further adds.
