A Michigan man accused of trying to kidnap two teenage girls gave their families the middle finger in court while withdrawing from a plea deal.
Endi Bala (25 years old) appeared in Mount Clemens court on the attempted kidnapping case that occurred in August 2024.
He was expected to plead "no contest" (without contesting the charges), but changed his mind at the last moment.
Bala, who is originally from Albania and moved to the US as a teenager, is accused of attempting to kidnap Olivia and Alexis, who were 7 and 15 at the time, over a period of 45 minutes.
He faces charges of kidnapping and luring minors.
