Footage has emerged from the scene of the accident where 31-year-old Arjan Shtika lost his life this Friday afternoon on the Bilisht-Kapshtica axis.
From the preliminary information, it is suspected that the "Hyundai" type vehicle that he was driving took a turn at a speed exceeding the permitted norms and, slipping due to the moisture, lost control, went off the road and collided with the side barriers.
The collision was so strong that the vehicle made several turns on the road to end up in the ditch. Arjan Shtika died on the spot, while the passenger in the vehicle, a citizen of AB, received numerous injuries and is in the hospital out of danger.
