The journalist from Kosovo, Enver Robelli, has denounced that the airline company "Air Albania" has canceled two flights from Zurich to Kukës within a few days.
In a post on social networks, the journalist writes that the passengers had gone with "Air Albania" from Kukësi to Zurich where they had also paid for the return tickets, but the company "Air Albania" canceled their flight. He adds that among the deceived there are also many from Kosovo.
Robelli further adds that there is a big gap between the propaganda with slogans like "Air Albania - the pride of Albania" and the service. According to him, leaving passengers on the streets of Europe is the worst possible service.
"Within a few days, Air Albania has canceled two flights from Zürich to Kukës. So this company brings passengers to Zürich and then there is no more concern about them, although people have paid return tickets. Among the deceived are passengers from Kosovo . There is a big gap between the propaganda with slogans like "Air Albania - the pride of Albania" and the service. Leaving passengers on the streets of Europe is the worst possible service. Last year it was announced that the number of flights to Kukës had dropped to almost zero due to a lack of passengers. Now flights can be increased during the summer, but the uncertainty of passengers is great, as recent examples prove. It is easy to announce something with hype and propaganda. The real challenge is the seriousness of service."writes journalist Enver Robelli.
