The person you see in the photo above is 33-year-old Alfons Kola from the village of Kallmet in Lezha. He was killed on May 31 with a knife by his fellow villager Petrit Gega. The incident took place outside a bar in Calcinatello, Brescia.

It is learned that the victim's body has arrived in Albania and will be laid to rest on Sunday, June 11, in his hometown of Kallmet.

Gega was stopped by the carabinieri about an hour after the crime. The authorities knocked on the door of the house in Lonato, where the 52-year-old mason lived with his wife and children.

It was the many security cameras in the area that identified him. The cameras also filmed the moment of the fight, first with words, and then the 33-year-old was hit several times with a kitchen knife.

Alfons Kola died a few hours later at the Brescia hospital where he was transported by helicopter in serious condition. Kola and Gega were both from the village of Kallmet i Vogël in Lezha, neighboring each other. Precisely their early recognition, makes the Italian investigators not exclude the possibility that the crime may have come because of old grudges.

However, there is still no motive for the serious crime. Petrit Gega has not yet spoken about it. He is known to have sought an exorcist and claimed to hear voices.

A few days ago, the legal defender of the 52-year-old said that "it is a delicate matter", without giving further explanations, adding even more to the mystery surrounding this murder.
