Rozalinda Plaku, the young woman who was taken hostage by her ex-fiancé, has been released.

After the area was cordoned off by RENEA, Refit Buzi has released the 24-year-old and negotiations are underway to have the perpetrator, who is surrounded by police forces, surrender.

Refit Buzi killed the 24-year-old's father with a gun this morning and injured her mother.

After the serious crime, the cold-blooded perpetrator took his 24-year-old ex-partner Rozalina Plaku hostage and left without a trace.

The family members say they heard the gunshots, but did not leave the house after the perpetrator threatened to kill them all.

They also say that the 35-year-old has previously threatened the young woman not only in the village, but also in Tirana where Rozalina was studying to be a nurse.
