SPAK has named the mayor of Roskovec, Majlinda Bufi, as a defendant.

Bufi has been charged with the criminal offense of "using public office for political activity."

The investigation launched after a criminal complaint against her has been completed by SPAK and the file has been filed with the Special Court, where it is expected to be drawn and then subjected to preliminary review.

Over the last two years, three reports have been filed against Bufi at SPAK, while at least twice, she has appeared to give statements.
