The chairman of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, is among the first in the ranks of politics to react to the two attacks that took place today in the north of the country.
After the second explosion that occurred in the Ibër-Lepenci water channel in the village of Varagë in this city, which left the Mitrovica region without drinking water, Haradinaj says that it manifests the lack of proactive approach of the Kosovo government towards the North.
"Today's explosion in Ibër, as well as the previous explosion in Zubin Potok, manifests the lack of a proactive approach by the Government of Kosovo and is a consequence of a completely wrong policy of the Government and the Vetëvendosje Movement in this part of Kosovo", says Haradinaj.
In the following, the head of AAK demands that the security institutions work closely with KFOR and the American presence to restore calm in the north.
"The security institutions work closely with KFOR and the American presence. Naivety and ignorance of the essence of the problem on the part of the political officials of the Government is endangering the strategic infrastructure of Kosovo. Enough with movies!", says Haradinaj.
