Three people have been arrested by the police in the city of Korça, and two others have been declared wanted.

The police say that they were part of a criminal group of 14 people who distributed drugs near schools and bars.

The arrested persons are Donadel Agolli 31 years old, Redion Gjata 33 years old and Sajmir Suvaria 33 years old.

As material evidence, the following were seized: 180 grams of cocaine, 40 grams of cannabis sativa, 1 electronic scale, 2 vehicles, 13 mobile phones, 1,000 euros and 30,000 ALL.

Police Notification:

A criminal group (consisting of 14 citizens) was hit, which carried out the criminal activity of selling narcotics, in doses, near schools and in places frequented by young people.

The security measure "Arrest in prison" is executed for 3 members of this group. 2 others are wanted.

During the investigation period, the other 9 members of the group were investigated at large.

As a result of a 1-year investigation carried out with proactive methods, by the Narcotics Investigation specialists of the Korçë Local Police Directorate, under the direction of the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Korçë General Jurisdiction, in implementation of the measures of the mega-operation coded "Tempulli", the police operation coded "Break" was finalized. In the framework of this operation, the security measure "Arrest in prison" was executed, assigned by the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Korçë, for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", for the citizens:

DA 31 years old, SS, 33 years old, both living in Korça and R. Gj., 33 years old, living in Bilisht.

Also, efforts are being made to arrest the citizens of KL and MN, who have been declared wanted after the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Korçë has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics" ".

From the investigative actions carried out over the course of a year, it is suspected that 9 other citizens are involved in this criminal activity, for whom the proceedings have started in a free state.

The investigation showed that these citizens distributed narcotics near schools and in areas frequented by young people, in the cities of Korça and Bilishti.

As material evidence, the following were seized: 180 grams of cocaine, 40 grams of cannabis sativa, 1 electronic scale, 2 vehicles, 13 mobile phones, 1,000 euros and 30,000 ALL.

The Narcotics Investigation Specialists of the DVP Korçë, in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Korçë General Jurisdiction, continue the investigations for the complete documentation of this criminal activity and for the legal responsibility of all the citizens involved.
