Did it fall by accident or was it dropped? It is this question that keeps the serious event shrouded in mystery, which happened on August 13 of this year and which was kept hidden for three months in a row.

A macabre crime against a casino employee?!

The 22-year-old from Kenya JA is fighting for her life in a Tirana hospital, after she was found unconscious under the building where she lived in an apartment on the second floor. The young woman was employed in a Casino in the center of Tirana, when On August 13 of this year, she suddenly disappeared around 03:25 to 07:00 in the morning. She was later found in critical condition on the sidewalk under unclear circumstances. The 22-year-old woman was urgently taken to the hospital by the residents of the area, while the doctors said that she came with three broken ribs and bones, hand and stomach injuries and brain damage. 

Her mother RA, a month after the event was notified by the company where her daughter was employed and since the moment she arrived from Kenya, the hospital has returned to her home. The daughter is still in a serious condition, while she is being kept alive by means of apparatus. Still shocked, she speaks for the first time on the show 'Without a Trace', while expressing her conviction that someone else is hiding behind this event.

"I came urgently from Kenya to Tirana, in September, a month after something had happened to the girl. I was notified by the company, which also cut my ticket to come here. I don't suspect an accident or a case of suicide, but I am convinced that someone wanted to kill her as there are several signs of this, such as the phone charger being forcibly pulled from the socket. She has signs of violence on her body indicating that she was confronted by someone, and the incident took place inside the apartment of The doctors told me that the girl had a lack of oxygen for several minutes, and that she came asphyxiated, which raises the suspicion that someone may have closed her mouth by force." 

JA's mother recounts two episodes about which her daughter had expressed her concern, while she was being pursued by a person who wanted to have sex with her.

"Vajza ime është një vajzë e dashur dhe solare. Ajo më ka treguar disa probleme që ka patur më parë. I pari ka qenë një konfrontim që ka patur me një vajzë me të cilët punonte në të njëjtën kompani dhe ndanin bashkë të njëjtën banesë dhe unë i kam kërkuar kompanisë që t’i ndante të dyja për të mos jetuar në të njëjtën banesë dhe kompania e ka bërë. Kjo ngjarje ka ndodhur në fillim të gushtit. Ndërsa incidenti i dytë ka lidhje me një shofer që e transportonte për në shtëpi, i cili e përndiqte nga pas dhe i kërkonte të kishin një raport së bashku".

Kjo ngjarje ndaj të resë keniane u mbajt e fshehur për afro tre muaj me radhë, ndërsa për avokatin Idajet Beqiri kjo fshehje hermetike ka një prapavijë kriminale dhe se kyrast është raportuar fillimisht në një media gjermane.
