The leader of the Socialist Party, Edi Rama, in his speech to the assembly in unit no. 2, focused on the issue of the increase in fuel prices,

He said that oil is being affected by the war in Iran.

With the establishment of the Transparency Board, Rama added that the price of hydrocarbons will be dictated through it, to avoid abuses by traders.

"The state stepping in, first of all, to guarantee reserves, just in case, because the world is very big and is increasingly heading in the wrong direction, to influence the price of oil by bringing it to reasonable parameters, because often it is not within reasonable parameters."

We are also preparing not only to enter that market with a state component, but also to introduce some innovations related to new technological capacities into the oil market.

Whether in oil marking, which is just the first product of the company, products that we have created together with our partners from the United Arab Emirates to mark oil, making it impossible to evade fiscal obligations as a result of the new marker, because the old marker that we found from that infamous previous concession was a paint that could be easily manipulated. On the other hand, guaranteeing the tracking of all transit oil, which is one of the sources of smuggling.

"All of these will increase revenues in the state budget, and above all, they will guarantee the quality and a more reasonable price of oil," said Rama.
