Violence against Vladimir Bruç in Shkodra, three perpetrators sentenced

The Shkodra Court has sentenced to prison the three people accused of raping Vladimir Bruçi with hard objects, an event that occurred in 2024.

Izmir Sakica is sentenced to 4 years in prison, which with a shortened trial is 2 years and 8 months in prison, Samuel Troshani is sentenced to 16 months in prison, and Arlind Kajoshi is sentenced to 16 months in prison.

They will serve their sentence in a regular security prison.

Izmir Sakica and Samuel Troshani surrendered to the Police in January 2025.

At the time, the pair stated that they had chosen to surrender because they had agreed with Bruce.
