Mimoza Ahmeti, the poet loved by everyone, the author of the lyrics in songs including "In the Kingdom of the Dwarves", at the request of the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, was sentenced by the court for illegal construction.

Without considering either her profile or the fact that the apartment of the well-known poet was damaged by the earthquake, the court ordered that Mimoza Ahmeti perform public interest work for 40 hours.

For the year 2022, 15 citizens, all ordinary citizens, poets and singers, have been found guilty in Tirana of illegal construction. But neither is a well-known builder.
