The next day, November 16, 2022, the application process opens for all candidates interested in studying at the Police Basic School for "General Patrol".

It is about 300 places divided according to the organic needs of the local police directorates. Applications will be open until December 30. The documentation must be submitted to the local Police Department, where the applicant has permanent residence.

Through an announcement, the State Police has announced the criteria for acceptance and the documents needed for application. At the end of all stages of the competition, the 300 trainees who will be winners will attend the studies for "General Patrol" at the Security Academy.

APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN FOR 300 PLACES IN THE BASIC POLICE SCHOOL FOR "GENERAL PATROL".

On November 16, 2022, the application process opens for all candidates interested in studying at the Police Basic School for "General Patrol". Admission quotas at the Professional College of Police Training, at the Security Academy, are 300, divided according to the organic needs of the local Police Directorates.

Applications will be open until 30.12.2022. The documentation must be submitted to the local Police Department, where the applicant has permanent residence.

At the end of all the stages of the competition, the 300 trainees who will be winners in the list of the district where they applied, based on the quotas set for each district, will attend the studies for "General Patrol" at the Security Academy.

APPLICATION CRITERIA

The criteria, which must be met by the applicant, to follow the studies in the basic school of the Police, for "General Patrol", are:

– Të jetë shtetas shqiptar;
- Të jetë jo më shumë se 30 vjeç;
- Të jetë me gjatësi jo më pak se 170 cm për meshkujt dhe jo më pak se 160 cm për femrat;
- Të mos jetë i përjashtuar nga Policia e Shtetit, strukturat e tjera të sigurisë kombëtare apo të jetë larguar nga shërbimi civil;
- Të ketë zotësi të plotë për të vepruar;
- Të jetë në gjendje të mirë shëndetësore dhe i aftë fizikisht për të kryer detyrën dhe të mos ketë shenja të dukshme (tatuazh) që nuk mbulohen nga uniforma verore e Policisë;
- Të ketë mbaruar arsimin e mesëm;
- Të mos jetë i dënuar me vendim gjykate të formës së prerë, për kryerjen e një krimi ose të një kundërvajtjeje penale me dashje;
- Të ketë dëshmi të aftësisë së drejtimit të automjetit, të tipit “B”;
- Të jetë i pajisur me vërtetim besueshmërie.

DOKUMENTACIONI PËR APLIKIM

Aplikantët duhet të paraqesin dokumentacionin e mëposhtëm, për aplikim në Polici:
- Kërkesën e motivuar, në të cilën shprehen arsyet pse aplikanti dëshiron të bëhet pjesë e Policisë së Shtetit;
- Formularin e aplikimit dhe autorizimin për sigurimin e dokumentacionit;
- Fotokopje të kartës së identitetit;
- Dokument zyrtar që vërteton përfundimin e arsimit të mesëm;
- Fotokopje të dëshmisë së aftësisë së drejtimit të automjetit, të tipit “B”;
- Vërtetim nga gjykata;
- Vërtetim nga prokuroria;
- Fotokopje të librezës së punës, për ata që janë në marrëdhënie pune ose i kanë shkëputur marrëdhëniet e punës;
- Vërtetim që ndjek arsimin e lartë (për ata që vazhdojnë arsimit e lartë);
- Dokument i lëshuar nga institucionet shëndetësore, që vërteton se aplikanti nuk është përdorues i lëndëve narkotike;
- Mandat-pagesa e tarifës së aplikimit.

Kontrolli mjekësor dhe analiza që vërteton se nuk je përdorues i lëndëve narkotike janë procedura që kryhen në fazën e kontrollit shëndetësor.

Dëshmia e penalitetit dhe certifikata familjare nxirren nga vetë strukturat policore ku kryhet aplikimi.

SHQYRTIMI I DOKUMENTACIONIT DHE PROCESI I ANKIMIMIT

Afati i shqyrtimit dhe i verifikimit të dokumentacionit është 10 ditë pune nga mbyllja e afatit të aplikimeve.

Aplikanti që nuk plotëson kriteret dhe nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacionin e kërkuar brenda afatit të aplikimit, skualifikohet dhe njoftohet me shkrim nga strukturat e Burimeve Njerëzore.

Aplikanti ka të drejtën e ankimimit tek Drejtoria Vendore e Policisë, brenda 2 ditëve nga data e njoftimit të përgjigjes. Drejtori i Drejtorisë Vendore të Policisë shqyrton ankimimin dhe kthen përgjigje brenda 5 ditëve nga data e marrjes së ankesës.

FAZAT E KONKURRIMIT

Aplikanti që kualifikohet për të vazhduar më tej procesin e konkurrimit, në Akademinë e Sigurisë, i nënshtrohet fazave të mëposhtme:
– Testimi me shkrim;
– Testimi i aftësive fizike;
– Intervista me gojë, ushtrime vlerësuese dhe testim i aftësive të të shkruarit;
– Testimi psikologjik;
– Kontrolli shëndetësor;
– Marrja e shenjave të gishtave;
– Verifikimi përfundimtar i aplikantit.

Each applicant, for any uncertainty that may have been related to this process, can be directed to the Human Resources structures of the Local Police Directorate or to the Human Resources Directorate in the General Directorate of the State Police.
