The one you see in this photo is Muharrem Tartari , from Erseka, whose signature was forged on two occasions, implying his presence at the meetings of the bid evaluation committee (KVO).

Photo provided by journalist Elton Qyno , shows the use of ordinary administrative employees for profit purposes.

Tartari is currently an employee of the Ersekë municipality, but according to the SPAK file, he was not present at these meetings, where public money was allocated to private companies preferred by Mayor Erion Isai, writes Syri .

The bid evaluation committees were simply a formality where members, even though they were not present, signed according to the mayor's wishes.

Muharrem Tartari is a flagrant case of bad faith and abuse of power by Erion Isai in the suburban municipality of Erseke.
