The person you are looking at in the photo is Massimo De Santis, the 51-year-old who was killed by the Albanian Taulant Malaj. De Santis was the owner of two bars called 'Jolly', popular in Torremaggiore, in the Foggia area.
The 51-year-old was also the brother-in-law of the Italian politician, Gisella Naturale, senator of the XVIII legislature for the 5 Star Movement.
The 45-year-old baker by profession suspected that his wife was cheating on him with an Italian identified as Massimo De Santis, 51 years old.
For this reason, the pair had conflicted many times, but the fight culminated the night before when the Albanian, while entering the house, confronted the Italian on the stairs.

He shot the 51-year-old with a kitchen knife and left him covered in blood on the stairs where he died.
Then, with the same knife stained with blood, he entered the apartment where he had a conflict with his wife. The pair began to physically conflict, and the moment the Albanian pointed the knife at the woman, the 16-year-old went between her parents to protect her mother.
As a result, the 45-year-old shot his daughter with a knife, leaving her dead on the spot. The Albanian's wife is in hospital injured.
