A citizen was raped by the police today. The event was documented on video by witnesses and took place on "5 Maji" street in Tirana.

As seen in the video published by JOQ, the police hold the citizen by the arms. There are also other people present who, when they saw the collision, got out of their cars and approached.

According to the complaint made, the officer raped the citizen and did it with blood on his face. The cause is not yet known. There is no official announcement from the State Police about the event in question.

"For example, I have a video that a policeman hit a car driver today at the Madrasa, he was covered in blood on his face, he hit him with a driver's license plate, he was with people in the car with his wife and a small child," writes the whistleblower.
