Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku has revealed a government project that consists of supporting citizens in this energy crisis.

"As long as the subscriber has this protection, it is impossible for him to understand what is happening. The time has come for all of us to contribute to saving. If we save 1%, it would be equivalent to 28 million euros. We need to start reacting and taking action.

We have decided to launch a project with 2000 subscribers, which consists of support. The project consists of financial support for the installation of solar panels on the terraces of buildings and water heating, which consists in reducing energy consumption by 20-30%. This starts from October 1. On November 1, the Energy Efficiency Agency will open a platform where all citizens will apply to build the plants", said Balluku.
