The State Police have prosecuted a private detective and another person after they attempted to remove wiretaps from Erjon Llapushi 's family apartment in Pogradec.

Erjon Llapush is one of the 5 most wanted people by the State Police.

A private detective went to Erjon Llapushi 's family apartment and is suspected of checking to see if the police had installed a bug with the intention of removing it.

Another person who was also prosecuted is suspected of having found the private detective of the Llapushi family and the latter went to the apartment to see if there were any buggers installed by the investigative bodies.

The police have referred the materials to the prosecutor's office and are accusing the private detective of the criminal offense of " obstructing the discovery of the truth ."
