Part of the heroin trafficking group, GJKKO confiscates Dedë Pjetri's

The appeal of the Special Court has decided today the confiscation of the nine assets of Dedë Pjetrit and his family, as suspected proceeds from crime. It is about three arable lands, four plots of land and two service units. The Special Court has ruled that these assets be transferred to the state.

Dedë Pjetri was part of the group of Valentin Selaj, who was arrested in November 2017, during an anti-drug operation in Florence, where he was described as the head of cocaine and heroin trafficking from the Netherlands to Italy and exploitation of prostitution.

Seized assets:

1) Land, 1 000 m2, on behalf of the citizen DP (Gj.).

2) Type of land property, with a total area of ​​347.70 m2, together with a two-storey residential building, ground floor area 97.7 m2, surface of the first floor 135 m2); on behalf of the MP MP

3) Type of land property with a total area of ​​300.10 m2, registration date {...}, together with a three-storey residential building, ground floor area 88.4 m2, first floor area 125.5 m2 and second floor area 125.5 m2) on behalf of the citizen DP

4) Type of land property, with a total area of ​​232.80 m2, registration date {...}, together with a one-storey residential building for which the legalization permit no. {...} date {...} (floor area 93.3 m2); on behalf of the IP citizen

5) Type of property Unit, with a total area of ​​230.60 m2, date of registration {...}, in the name of the citizen IP

6) Type of arable property, with a total area of ​​1000 m2, date of registration {...}, in the name of the citizen LP

7) Type of land property, property with a total area of ​​403.80 m2, together with a one-storey residential building, approved the legalization permit no. {...} date {...} (residential building 1st floor, floor area 143.8 m2); on behalf of the citizen LP

8) Type of arable property, with a total area of ​​1000 m2, date of registration {...}, in the name of the citizen LP  

9) Type of property unit, with total property area 256.30 m2, registration date {...}, on behalf of the citizen LP
