Following his request to be transferred from 313 to Fushë-Krujë prison because his life was in danger, the Prison Directorate has transferred Durim Bami again.

Bami was transferred today from the Fushë-Krujë prison to the high-security prison in Peqin.

The reasons are not known, but according to journalist Anila Hoxha's sources close to the penitentiary system, Bami's security is one of the reasons.

In recent days, prisons have been involved in numerous cell-by-cell searches, including standard security prisons.

For these checks, said Anila Hoxha, there is a plan of measures by the General Directorate of Prisons that aims to clean the cells from phones and prohibited items, and also to block special meetings of some VIP prisoners, who have information that they meet with girls and women who are not their wives.
