The Tirana Prosecution has requested a 25-year prison sentence for Tomorr Çela , the former police officer who in 1997 killed two people after a car accident.

Çela was extradited from the US three years ago.

On November 27, 1997, on "Bajram Curri" street, Tomorr Çela, together with his brother, shot the victims Ledian Hoxha and Elton Dani with an automatic weapon .

During the initial investigation into the incident, the cause of the murder of the two people was not determined.

After further investigation, it was learned that 3 days before the serious incident, he had had an accident with the victims and as a result, both of their vehicles were damaged.

After the accident, the former police officer clashed with the victims after they disagreed about the damages caused.
