A serious incident occurred last night in the village of Stom-Golem in Shkodra where a 76-year-old man was shot 16 times with a pistol. The elderly Lulash Qipuri, was sent to the hospital in serious condition, and after the intervention made by the doctors, he could not survive the wounds received.

The perpetrator was masked when he arrived at the Qepuri restaurant where he shot 16 times with a pistol in his direction.

The son of the injured man reacted immediately, who fired 10 shots with the shotgun in the direction of the perpetrator, but the latter ran away, and got into a car that was waiting for him a little higher.

The elderly man was sitting at the time he was shot, as he was disabled.

It is also reported that the 75-year-old was arrested in 2011 for trafficking and production of narcotics and illegal possession of weapons.
