Prime Minister Edi Rama stated at a press conference with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, and the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dritan Abazovic, that the Western Balkans is all with Ukraine, including Kosovo, a country not recognized by Ukraine.
Rama has lobbied in this way for Kiev to recognize Kosovo as soon as possible.
"The Western Balkans has 5 countries in the UN. All of these countries are aligned with Ukraine, regardless of their relationship with it or religion. There is a sixth country, which Ukraine has not yet recognized. This place is Kosovo. "Despite this, Kosovo is doing the same thing that everyone is doing: sanctions against Russia and full support for Ukraine," Rama said.
"This means that we are all in line for what we represent," the prime minister added.
