A day ago, a young man from Vlora made headlines on social media after footage circulated of him interrupting the municipal council meeting of this municipality, shouting loudly and threatening officials.
David Dano spoke today on 'Breaking' with Fiori Dardha on TopNews, where he explained the reasons that led him to react in that way. He stated that he is seeking compensation for the apartment, adding that they are living in poverty.
"We are living in poverty, no one has responded. I currently live in an uninhabitable apartment, no one will know. When I ask for an account at the municipality, they direct me to ministries, delegate responsibilities," he said.
David Dano is one of the many citizens whose house on the Transbalkanike road collapsed. For five years, they have been waiting for compensation, which, although approved by the Council of Ministers, has not been passed by the Municipal Council.
"I am revolted, I am bitter, I demand my rights," he says.
