A conflict between prisoners was recorded in prison 302, where Viktor Ymeri is suspected of slapping another prisoner of Kosovo origin.

Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha reports that the debate and conflict occurred after, as Viktor Ymeri claims, he had asked the prisoner not to make noise, as it was disturbing his sleep.

According to him, the convict continued to make noise and so he slapped him. After this, the police of prison 302 in Tirana immediately intervened, avoiding further physical confrontation.
