The Minister of State for Local Government, Ervin Demo, said at the press conference that the conditions are in place for a qualitative reform of Territorial Administration.

Demo said that the parties must fulfill what they requested when the Commission was established and that this was the last week for agreement.

"I believe that we have the right conditions for qualitative reform. But this certainly implies a constructive approach from all parties. We are in March, the Commission was established in October, with the same methodology we can lose another 4 months, we can go until 2031. The conditions are such that we have qualitative reform, the approach is clear, we want to build a system for the best possible management of the territory", said the minister.

" The parties should be ready to fulfill what they asked for when this Commission was established, where it would be co-led, where neither party could do without the other and so on. It takes two to dance the tango, we are definitely open, the role of the government and I are ready to help and inform the Commission, what we should take into consideration during the process."
