Hava Delibashi in GJKKO, former deputy director of AKSHIT requests replacement of security measure

Former deputy director of AKSH, Hava Delibashi, demands the replacement of the security measure at the GJKKO.

Delibashi is currently under "house arrest".

The investigation is related to the SPAK operation, which targeted a suspected criminal group within the National Information Society Agency (AKSHI).

The house arrest measure against Mirlinda Karçanaj (together with Hava Delibashi) was ordered by the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime on December 18, 2025, after SPAK had requested security measures a few days earlier for the scandal of tender abuses at AKSHI.
