Albanian-American businessman Adrian Shatku, taking advantage of the close acquaintance of Monika Kryemadhi and Ilir Meta, also held an official meeting under the guidance of the former president.

According to Ora News journalist Edison Vatnikaj, businessman Shatku has entered into talks with a person named Ali Soufan, executive director of Soufan Group, whom he has asked on behalf of Ilir Meta if he and the Qatari finance minister are ready to meet with Meta.

He also asked this person to provide anti-eavesdropping equipment for Ilir Meta.

Referring to the investigative file, Adrian Shatku, through the mediation of Ilir Meta, met with the Ministers of Energy and Economy of the Kingdom of Morocco on October 31, 2014, the day when Ilir Meta was holding an official meeting in Morocco.

The evidence reviewed shows that Adriani asked Monika to organize, if possible, a meeting between Ilir Meta and the Qatari ambassador and CIT investor at his home.

On the other hand, Adrian Shatku has maintained connections between John Moreira, executive director of JPM Strategic Solution, and the Socialist Movement for Integration, where on at least two occasions it has been documented that he mediated the arrival in Albania of John Moreira and two other people named Patrik and Kate.

John Moreira held strategic meetings with LSI Ministers in 2014, conducted surveys for the 2015 local elections for LSI, while Patrick and Kate trained LRI youth in the Jala camp./ Oranews
