A violent conflict occurred yesterday on the beach of Ksamil.

Saranda web has published other footage from the conflict, where it appears that citizen Albert Pashaj was met by three people who then raped him.

After a brief argument, one of them punches Pasha in the jaw, while another hits him with hard objects.

The entire incident occurred in the presence of vacationers, who witnessed the gruesome scene of brutal beatings with punches and kicks.

After the incident, the Saranda Police Commissariat arrested the perpetrator, citizen Agim Taraj, and two other people, while a fourth person was also prosecuted due to his age, 17 years old.

The injured Albert Pashaj is the owner of "Euro Hotel Ksamil", while the suspected perpetrator of the violence, Agim Taraj, is the owner of "Sunset Restaurant Ksamil".

Sources from the scene indicate that the main cause of the dispute is related to control of the beach area in front of the Pashaj hotel, where the incident occurred.

The physical clash that occurred in Ksamil appears not to have been an isolated incident, as there was another clash between the same parties, which occurred about a month ago.

It is learned that the clash was motivated by ownership and management of the coastal territory, a problem that has recently escalated in the tourist areas of the South.
