Elona Gogo, who was charged by SPAK for the accusation of violation of equality in tenders, is the sister of Dallandyshe Bici, the director of IKMT.

Gogo was notified two days ago by the Special Prosecutor's Office, which at the end of a 3-year investigation revealed violations committed in the Kardhiq-Delvin road tender. According to SPAK Elona Gogo, former chairman of the bid evaluation commission, disqualified the Gjoka company from the competition, in violation of the law, favoring the winner.

BW writes that Gogo, who has held various positions in the public administration and important state institutions, appeared at the accusation institution two days ago accompanied by her lawyer Sokol Hazizaj. After familiarizing himself with the documents, he declared that he will present his arguments against the charge within 10 days.
