The situation continues to be problematic due to bad weather in Vlora. The Vjosa River has reached its maximum level and has overflowed its banks in the market area near the Mifoli Bridge. Agricultural lands are at risk of flooding. 

Meanwhile, the situation in the Fier region appears to be non-problematic regarding the rainfall that has fallen over the past week, which has been intense. According to information from the Fier Prefecture, there is an increase in flows in Përmet and Memaliaj, which may be reflected during the afternoon in the Fier area.

The Vjosa River risks overflowing its banks and flowing into agricultural lands, while the road axes are impassable and problem-free.
