The Athens Prosecutor's Office has initiated criminal proceedings against a 29-year-old Albanian man, who is suspected of beating a 58-year-old Greek driver to death in Neos Kosmos, for the crime of intentional homicide, after a fight over the victim's right of way and an argument that escalated into a fatality.

Greek media has already revealed from security camera footage the fatal moment when the Albanian chases the victim on a motorbike after he had insulted and sprayed him with spray earlier, while wearing a white helmet, gets off, approaches and hits the victim with a barrage of punches.

The latter stood in the driver's seat, motionless as the Albanian did not give him any chance, hitting him non-stop over 6 times through the car window, informs " Zougla ".

The suspect is a person with precedents, as the Greek media published his photos, but not his identity. According to prosecutors, the 29-year-old's three previous arrests were related to minor offenses. These criminal offenses do not require the defendant to be held in custody.

The Albanian defended himself by saying that he had gotten in his way and after the first argument they separated, but the Greek continued with the insults, followed him and then sprayed him with spray paint in the gym.

This caused him to lose his composure, chase her on his motorcycle, and then physically attack her. His rage led to his fatality.

With professional knowledge of martial arts, the end was tragic. He hit his head hard on the steering wheel, punched him, and blood spread around. The incident was seen by many witnesses present and filmed by security cameras.
