The former deputy of the Democratic Party was escorted this Thursday with tributes to his last residence. His body, as his family members have announced, will be laid to rest in the Sharra cemetery in Tirana.
From 10:00, the Parliament of Albania opened its doors for tributes to former democratic deputy Gerti Bogdani.
He died a day ago suddenly due to a heart attack at the age of 44.
In 2009, Bogdani entered the Parliament as a DP deputy, being the youngest legislator of the legislature and stayed for two terms.
He has been widely active in the Democratic Party as the leader of the Youth Forum and unsuccessfully tried to run for the mayor of Tirana in 2023.
Political leaders and colleagues of all wings appreciated his figure and express condolences for his early death.
