The tributes in honor of the former deputy of the Democratic Party, Gert Bogdani , are held today in the hall of plenary sessions of the Parliament of Albania from 10:00-12:00 and the burial will take place afterwards in the Sharra cemetery.

Meanwhile, the Democratic Party in honor of Gert Bogdan has declared Thursday a day of mourning and therefore has suspended all party activities throughout the country.

The deceased, Gert Bogdani, died at noon yesterday (September 18, 2024), as a result of a cardiac arrest at the age of 44.

He was in the cafe of a hotel on "Dëshmorët e Kombit" boulevard together with some of his friends when he felt bad and lost consciousness.

Bogdani was transported to the hospital for medical assistance, but unfortunately he could not survive.

The late Gerti Bogdani is married to the activist Edlira Çepani, who are the parents of two children.
