Training in Pashaliman

For almost two weeks, our Armed Forces will conduct the "Austere Wolf-24" Joint Coastal Naval Exercise with their colleagues from Great Britain, in Pashaliman as part of "Corridor VIII Response".

This exercise is expected to last until October 7, 2024. In the same period, the British side, in addition to conducting the "Austere Wolf 24" exercise, also plans to land NATO "Strategic Reserve Force" (SRF) troops in our country, which will continue the transition on the route of Corridor VIII, Albania (Durrës or Vlora) - North Macedonia - Kosovo - Albania.

The "Austere Wolf-24" exercise, planned by the British side, aims to land troops and vessels in difficult coastal conditions in cooperation with the host country. The purpose of this exercise is to promote interoperability between NATO member countries.

In this exercise, our Armed Forces will engage patrol boats and divers of the Navy, troops of the Land Force and even helicopter support from the Air Force.
