Breaking news/ Protest arrestee Niko Çarkaj is raped in security cells

Lawyer Gentian Sejrani denounces that protester Niko Çarkaj was raped in the isolation room environment.

He says that Çarkaj suffers from epilepsy and despite this is kept in isolation. 

19 protesters are expected to appear in court for security measures after the protest at Parliament where they clashed with police. 

The protesters are accused of the criminal offenses of "Destruction of property", "Resistance to a police officer", "Assault due to duty", "Disturbance of public order and peace", "Organization and participation in illegal gatherings and demonstrations", "Disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer" and "Obstruction of the movement of means of transport".

They are expected to appear in court for a security measure.
